Is there a free plan?+

Yes. The Free plan needs no payment and includes live NEPSE market data, the market overview, announcements, the market calendar and IPO/FPO listings. New accounts also get a 7-day trial of the paid features.

Can I change or cancel my plan?+

Yes. Plans do not auto-renew into a lock-in — you choose the term (monthly, quarterly or yearly) each time you pay, and you can move up a tier whenever you want.

How do I pay?+

You can pay online through eSewa for instant activation, or use a bank transfer / manual QR payment and upload the receipt — our team verifies those within one business day.

What happens when my plan expires?+

Your account stays open and drops back to the Free plan's features. Your saved data — portfolio, watchlists and layouts — is kept, and paying again restores access immediately.

I bought an older NepseFlow package. What happens to it?+

Existing packages are honoured. Members from before the current plan structure were moved onto an equivalent current tier at no cost and keep their access — when you're signed in, this page shows which plan you're on rather than asking you to buy it again.
